I liked the relationship between Jeth and his sister. Regarding the plot, there is little to complain about.Ĭharacters: There is little character-driven conflict although Jeth has to make a lot of difficult choices. There was no love triangle, and I felt that it was not overly sentimental. The Aether project led to a multitude of plot twists and kept the reader engaged. The main conflict of the book is over the Aether project that Jeth and his team must steal information about. Many rather surprising things happen here, and while this part of the book was slow paced, the suspense of the Belgrave made up for it.

The second was a mysterious Belgrave, the area where the trigger event occurs.

The first was the inner conflict of Jeth, the main character, about who he should trust. Regarding the mystery and suspense, it came from three primary sources. I often found myself so interested in what happened next that I would skim over essential text and have to go back to re-read. The action scenes were fast paced yet detailed. It had adventure and action, mystery and suspense, and just the right amount of romance.

Plot: I really enjoyed the story-line of the book.
